Drugstore makeup is great and its hard to know what pieces to choose from the sea of products available in Boots, so I've decided to put together a little makeup kit, great if you are starting out with makeup, or want to completely refresh your makeup bag with great new stuff but that won't break the bank.

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation Review

As soon as I heard about this foundation I had it on order! Described as a "miracle in a bottle'" thats been 5 years in the making and said to transform skin (as if by magic), to a pore less, perfect finish, I knew I had to give it a go. I haven't tried many Charlotte Tilbury products as they are quite pricy but at £29.50 this foundation was a reasonable enough price to give it a go, and boy am I glad I did!

Benefit Hervana Blush

I've not purchased a Benefit blush before and I was on the search for a very subtle blush that had more of a berry tone to it. I don't like really pink bright or sparkly blushes as I don't want to exaggerate my round cheeks even more so! I wanted something I could simply swipe across the sides of my cheeks above my contour to give a little more colour to my pale skin.

Bronzers For Pale Skin

Bronzers can be tricky if you have pale skin. I have a very pale complexion and like to add a hint of colour to give some glow to my almost transparent skin but finding one thats not too dark or too orange is a challenge.

My Current Top 5 Perfumes

Today I thought I would share my current Top 5 Perfumes. Some I wear during the day, the others at night, but I love all of them and have repurchased each a few times now. I love all of the Jimmy Choo fragrances and the new Blossom fragrance is on my birthday wish list.

Benefit Roller Lash VS. Maybelline Lash Sensational

After trying the new Benefit Roller Lash and loving it (post here) I decided to try out Maybelline's Lash Sensational which I've heard is meant to be quite the drug-store dupe for Roller Lash, which is great as it's half the price!

I'm quite partial to some Topshop makeup, in fact I could probably say they are one of my favourite make-up brands! They recently released a new Contour Cream in two shades to suit different skin tones, Sweep and Swerve.

Feel Unique did an amazing 25% off sale recently and I managed to get my hands on the beautiful Urban Decay Naked On The Run Palette for the amazing price only £27.75! Normally retailing at £37 I couldn't resist purchasing it. Not only will this be great for taking on my travels to Paris in May but it also gives me the opportunity to test out some of their products I've not tried before. Plus it comes in a rose gold case! *drools*
